Sandwiches are junk foods. They are of many kinds. Their making processes are also different. To make ordinary sandwiches first, the butter should be soft so that it will spread easily. So, we warm it if is cold. For picnic sandwiches, we use thick-sliced; for dainty ones, we use thin-cut. crusts may be removed or left on, according to taste. To keep sandwiches fresh, we wrap them in foil or polythene. fillings should be moist enough to spread easily, but not so moist as to make the bread soggy.
